- If you are a member of a team, you will be asked for your team or captain’s name
- If you are a single player (no team), write ‘SINGLE’ in the captain/team name box
- Spots are limited to play on this beautiful course

Dress Code
- Proper golf attire is required.
- Collared shirts with sleeves.
- Shorts must be bermuda-length.
- No jeans.
- Soft spikes only.

Event begins: 9:30 AM
- Driving range may be available.
- Captains’ meetings and call to carts.

- 11:00 AM.
