The Kirkland Chamber of Commerce has applied for a 501(c)(3). We are currently registered with Washington State and our application is pending with the IRS whose nonprofit division is closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As soon as it reopens, all donations should be retroactively tax deductible once we receive our status.

In April 2020, the Kirkland Chamber of Commerce held a mini auction. During the auction the Chamber held a “Raise the Paddle” event. This event was to raise funds for the newly formed Kirkland Chamber Foundation. In this video below, Samantha outlines the purpose and expectations of this newly founded Education Foundation.
